Job Title: Senior Revenue AnalystReports To: Chief Financial
OfficerLocation: EugeneFLSA Status: Non-ExemptPosition Summary: The
Senior Revenue Analyst is a key member of the finance department
assisting each of Tyree Oil's business units by providing real time
analysis over profitability and dashboard reporting. The Senior
Reuven Analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing
supplier costing and customer pricing strategies that support the
business model. Performing daily reviews of order profitability
across all Tyree Oil locations. All while supporting Tyree Oil's
core values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to receive cost changes and update
customer pricing for any fluctuations in material costs as they
occur.
- Audit sales transactions to ensure all manufacture rebates are
processed and approved by suppliers prior to orders being delivered
to customers.
- Review and approve opportunity economics for new customer
onboarding and adding new products to a customer's purchase
catalog.
- Ensure supplier rebates are submitted and received timely.
- Audit manufacturer rebate payments for accuracy and
timeliness.
- Audit customer invoices for low margin and follow up with the
manufacturer to submit additional rebates when possible.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve economics for below
margin sales.
- Provide sales leadership with customer data to support
additional sales opportunities or areas to improve customer
economics.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses to support senior management and
operations.
- Other duties as assigned. Required Education and
Experience:Minimum Experience: 4+ years of related experience
preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis
in Finance or Accounting required. With preference given to
candidates with job related experience in related field.MINIMUM
QUALIFICATINS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent data entry, phone, and verbal/written communication
skills.
- Superior working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, inquisitive mind,
data-savvy and experience with financial models and analyses.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work in a
fast-paced professional environment performing several tasks
concurrently.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting work demands under
pressure.
- Works well in a team environment, with a diverse
workforce.
- Experience working with NetSuite highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize,
set goals, and accomplish responsibilities with limited

in the work environment is usually moderate. Work Schedule and
Travel:
- Hours Per Week: Regularly scheduled for 40 hours per week,
- Days Per Week: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day,
- Shift: 8am - 5pm
- Overtime: Occasional/Regular overtime may be required.
- Weekends/Evenings: Weekends and evenings may be occasionally
required.
- May be required to travel to/from Tyree Oil locations; Travel
is primarily local during the business day, although some
out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
