Description:We are seeking a full time Bookkeeping Manager. Our firm offers tax planning and preparation as well as bookkeeping and payroll services. We pride ourselves on our modern version of an accounting firm. We are looking for a motivated individual who fits in to the casual yet highly productive culture of our firm. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy environment, among friends, this is the job for you.Job duties include: Maintain client communication Review client statements Post client transactions from statements Review postings for accuracy Prepare and send financial reports to clientCompensation to commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, holidays, education allowance, commission, retirement plan.Requirements:At least 6 months experience in accounting department or firmExperience in both Quickbooks Online and DesktopProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBookkeeping Certification and/or at least two year degree in Business Admin, Accounting and/or FinanceSelf-motivatedEnjoys problem solvingQuick learnerGreat communication skillsAbility to maintain calm poise in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
