- BS/BA in accounting, or related field
- 3-7 years related experience in a public manufacturing environment highly preferred
- SEC reporting experience required
- CPA
- Experience with legal compliance
- Experience managing an accounting department, including the financial close process and SOX compliance for the entire organization
