DescriptionA well-respected Eugene area CPA office needs a long term, full time temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to help during their busy tax season.The Receptionist/Office Assistant will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting clients, scanning, filing, data entry into company data base and general clerical support as assigned. The Receptionist/Office Assistant will handle the postage and shipping for incoming and outgoing mail and packages along with post office deliveries and will also manage the conference room schedules.
