You will ensure efficient and exceptional customer service is provided by all team members. You are responsible for creating and maintaining administrative work processes. You will provide support to assist with escalated concerns and maintain a pleasant and secure working environment. This position will report to and work with the Professional/Technical Supervisor of the Administrative Team.This position is also a member of our Developmental Disabilities Services Management Team. -As a part of this team you participate in program planning and process improvement.
