Job Description:

Position Summary: Responsible for providing customer service and support to Cardlock customers, supporting walk-in customers, and maintaining accurate account information. This role will be part of a two-person cardlock team that will serve all the cardlock customers for Tyree Oil across all of its various branches and locations. All the while supporting Tyree's Core values of partnership, trust, reliability and connection by providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to cardlock customers through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Compile and maintain customer applications, agreements, and waivers in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide customers with cardlock cards for both the Pacific Pride and CFN networks.
  • Ensure accounts are set up and administered in accordance with company policies including customer pricing, location pricing, card terminations, pin resets and reissuing cards.
  • Process cardlock transactions and generate invoices for cardlock and fleet fuel customers.
  • Prepare spreadsheets and calculations for customers as needed in support of their fuel usage.
  • Correspond with customers regarding account status, pricing, and other issues.
  • Reconcile month-end book inventory to physical inventory counts by location.
  • Record daily fleet fueling activity and invoice customers daily.
  • Serve as the primary backup person to cover the front desk for walk in customers and handle daily responsibilities of that position including but not limited to processing customer payments, recording walk up sales, confirming lube deliveries, and processing the daily bank deposit.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the accounting and administration departments as needed.Required Education and Experience:
    • Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative experience preferred.

        • Weekends/Evenings: Weekends and evenings are occasionally required.
