• Assist in implementation and adoption of the improvements
  
• Assist in making improvements to all facets of Jira use:
  
• Workflows
  
• Projects
  
• Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks
  
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and processes
  
• Ability to understand Agile teams needs in using Jira and recommend best practices
  
• Experience in Jira administration process
  
• Expertise in Jira projects configuration and maintenance
  
  
  
  
  Role & Responsibilities
  
  
  • 
    
  • Deep understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices and toolsets
    
  • Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
    
  • Conduct meetings with Agile teams to understand their Jira usage pattern
    
  • Analyze Agile teams Jira usage and identify optimum/better process
    
  • Work with business and IT leads to understand Scaled Agile framework that is being implemented
    
  • Propose and design standard schemes for Jira including Workflow, Screen, permission, notifications, etc. that can support scaled Agile framework
    
  • Map Jira issues from old project/scheme to new project/scheme
    
  • Understand and propose dashboard and reporting requirements
