A cross-functional team of players across Marketing, Sales, Business/Ops, and Training will drive this enablement work by delivering better technology, sophisticated analytics, dynamic content, integrated tools, training and unparalleled support services to the internal Sales and frontline teams to ensure their success. This Frontline Marketing & Enablement manager will have an outstanding opportunity to impact, influence and empower our frontline teams to deliver a better experience for all customers. As Zillow streamlines the buying/selling process, our key frontline teams play a critical role in delivering that promised experience so our buyers can buy with more transparency, certainty and control. This Frontline Marketing manager will be passionate about arming that staff with the best tech, content, resources, tools, training, and coaching to ensure the best customer outcomes. In this role you will define program-level content and communications for the many operators of a buy-sell-finance transaction with Zillow, and support the team in delivering against various business objectives. You drive the roadmap for our team of enablement specialists/sr. specialists who create the best methods to deliver this "right message, right time" strategy. This role will also be critical in ensuring the integration of our frontline teams as part of the larger marketing strategies that will drive top-of-funnel growth for many of Zillow's business lines and will be a primary point of contact for the various leadership teams. You will get to Lead & Strategize: Lead the cross-business, cross-initiative strategy and Go to Market plans for the customer path at Zillow. Engage a team of specialists/sr. Specialists through the development and implementation of high value initiatives that accelerate the effectiveness and productivity of our frontline teams and support staff. Partner with the leaders in Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing and Engineering to drive strategic alignment, sales effectiveness strategies and new efficiencies across the organization. Program Manage: Lead the program management of Zillow's biggest bet programs - high risk, high value, deeply cross-functional - and develop team resources to drive project execution and measurement. Evolve our model: You will be responsible for evolving how our function shows up, partners with, and drives the business forward. You will be the inspiring enablement marketing partner amongst your fellow leaders in Sales, Operations and Learning & Development to deliver on the biggest opportunity areas in true frontline marketing and enablement. Own it: Own the pursuit of and the continued investment in our Frontline Operator Enablement infrastructure to unlock scale, efficiency and effectiveness. This infrastructure should enable things like sophisticated 1:1 communications, best-in-class automation, frontline listening and individual coaching opportunities for the frontline team members. Influence through Measurement & Insights: Develop and implement measurement frameworks and strategy. Drive the analysis of usage and adoption of the tools, process, and assets we create for our frontline teams. Understand misses, wins, gaps, and provide solutions to ultimately drive better customer outcomes. Responsible for assembling frontline insights and key metrics for core deliverables including monthly business reviews and executive updates. Partner with L&D to package and deliver ongoing customer insights, competitive intelligence, technology training and customer service training for Frontline groups. Drive Growth: Frontline marketing & enablement is all about helping our frontline elevate their conversations to win and keep their customers, more often. The Frontline Marketing Manager will drive alignment and adoption of our strategies, tools and resources. Secure alignment and create adoption goals with sales and business leadership. Support the specialists/senior specialists with the implementation of always-on content, tools and resources. Who are you 6+ years of Sales and Service enablement experience or highly related B2C revenue-driving experience Consistent record of success partnering with Sales and Service teams Validated collaborator, communicator and behavior change agent Driving influence and behavior change are in your comfort zone Experience crafting content from scratch, analyzing performance and actioning on next steps Energized from moving fast, thinking big, and solving for ambiguity Experience coordinating robust cross-functional teams to deliver phenomenal outcomes Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with e-learning content development processes Expertise in Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Outreach, High Velocity Sales, and key enablement tools This role has been categorized as a Hybrid position. "Hybrid" employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 10 to 80 percent of their time each month, and the rest of the time they may work from a remote physical location of their choice within a reasonable commuting distance from the corporate office which must be identified to the Company in advance. The Recruiter and Hiring Manager will set expectations on the employee's preferred time in office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute. In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $98,600.00 - $157,400.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
