Job Description Job Description We’re Looking for an Experienced Service Advisor Are you an experienced Service Advisor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry? The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for problem-solving. Your position includes build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Must be proactive, have Service Advisor experience, and be committed to creating a positive environment for our customers. Benefits Paid vacation Sick time Health care Dental care Vision care 401K Family-friendly work environment Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and performance Responsibilities Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow-up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Requirements Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and customer service Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant is not necessary. Will provide on-the-job training!
