qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Silverton, Oregon, 97381! Pay
Information $3,742 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 -
07:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required, previous
travel experience preferred License: Oregon RN License required
before start date Certifications: BLS, OB-ACLS, NRP, EPIC
experience required, MFTI certification preferred Must-Have: Must
have applied for or hold Oregon RN License at the time of
submission Description: Traveling nurses are expected to float
between various facilities. Refusal to float as requested may
result in cancellation of the contract. Completed educational
assignments must be done within one week of starting. Mandatory
cancellations must be made 1.5 hours prior to the start of a shift.
Personnel may be canceled without cause or penalty one shift per
two-week pay period. References must include one charge,
supervisor, or manager from the last year. No felony hits are
allowed on background checks. A traveler statement will be required
upon submission. RTO will not be accepted within the first two
weeks of assignment. Maximum 7 days of RTO will be allowed, and all
RTO must be included with submission. RNs will need to complete an
EPIC Test-Out Module; failure to pass will result in an assigned
training course at no charge. The training course will need to be
accounted for if the RN does not pass the Test-Out. All pre-start
