Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathology opportunity is available in
Eugene, OR, providing essential leave coverage through June 12,
2026. Serving the Lane Education Service District, this role is
embedded within the Special Education Service Area, which offers
diverse support services including Augmentative Communication,
behavior consultation, and direct intervention for students with
moderate to severe disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders,
and at-risk youth. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver speech-language
pathology services to students with varying needs, including
moderate to severe disabilities. - Implement augmentative
communication systems, both low and high tech, to support student
communication. - Collaborate closely with students, parents, and
educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans. -
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards. -
Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to support
comprehensive student care. Qualifications and Experience: -
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication
Disorders. - Oregon teaching license with Speech Impaired or
Communication Disorder Endorsement and/or valid Oregon
Speech-Language Pathology License. - ASHA Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. - Experience working with students
who have moderate to severe disabilities. - Familiarity with
augmentative communication systems is highly desirable. - Valid
Oregon Drivers License. - Strong communication skills with the
ability to collaborate effectively. - Ability to maintain
confidentiality and professionalism. Location & Work Environment: -
Position based onsite in Eugene, Oregon. - Full-time schedule
