Job Title: Senior UC/CC Technical Support Engineer -
Location: -100% Remote, work from home -
Duraton: 12 months + (strong potential for multiple years)
Work Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required -

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Design, implementation, configuration, daily operation and upgrading of core Avaya Aura Products including:

    • System Manager, Session Mgr, CM, Media servers
    • Application Enablement (AES)
    • Contact Center Products (Elite/CMS)
    • Avaya Experience Portal


    • Perform discovery of customer telephony environments for configuration and requirements gathering in a SIP environment
    • Lead active deployment and management of Avaya Aura unified communication systems incorporating third party products including Oracle SBC
    • Develop and implement dial plans, dial plan migration in session manager and communications manager.
    • Develop and implement call center applications and routing including Vectors, VDN, announcements
    • Troubleshoot L2/3 level incidents on core AVAYA products
    • Perform SIP Troubleshooting for SIP Phones and SIP Trunks

      EXPERIENCE


      • 5+ years UC/CC Engineer experience in an Enterprise SIP environment
      • Proven expertise implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining System Manager, Session Manager, Communication Manager, Call Center, and Oracle SBCs
      • 5+ years hands-on leadership of large voice projects and teams related to Avaya Aura unified communications deployments
      • 5+ years Oracle SBC
      • 5+ years Contact Center experience
      • 3+ years Avaya Messaging
      • 3+ years complex dial plan configuration in Session Manager and Communication Manager
      • 3+ years of Experience with QoS

        SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


        • Bachelor's degree and/ or experience in a related field.
        • Knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls, VMWare, LINUX, certificate management
        • Understanding of LLDP/EAP/DHCP
        • Must be able to obtain Public Trust Level 1 clearance
        • Excellent communications skill
