Job Description:

Title: Data Engineer
Location: 100% Remote Anywhere
Type: Straight Contract
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Up to $75/hr, depending on experience

Job Description: Company seeking candidates who can write scripts as they are moving their customers to a new database.
Required Skills:

Proficiency with AWS tools: S3, Athena, Glue, RDS, Redshift, Step Functions, Lake Formation, CloudFormation, Event Bridge, Lambda
Databases: MySQL and SQL Server, strong emphasis on relational database design, scripting, and stored procedures
Programming: Python
Experience working with structured and un-structured data, ETL, data cleansing, and data conversion
Experience designing complex data warehouse architecture in Redshift
Very strong communication and leadership skills and works well independently
Experience With Agile development methodologies
(Highlighted skills and tools are required)
