Responsibilities:
Senior IGA Engineer

• 
  
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on keyboard experience with any enterprise IGA tool: Sailpoint (preferred), or Saviynt, Oracle, IBM
  
• Minimum 1 year hands on experience with SaaS IGA: IDNow, Savyint, other
  
• Minimum 1 year experience with installation and configuration of IGA connectors to: AD; Azure AD; HRIS systems (Workday, SAP; ADP); Exchange; Sharepoint Online; ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy); SaaS solutions (Salesforce, etc.)
  
• Minimum 2 years experience determining and providing pro/con on efficient organization patterns for application roles, groups, and users for automation with IGA, and hands-on keyboard implementing chosen solution
  
• Strong understanding of automated request process integration between IGA and ITSM
  
• Strong understanding of recertifications and IGA requirements for recertification workflows
  
• Strong communication skills to understand complex business workflow requirements into dependencies and configuration of IGA tools to incorporate into automation
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
