our growing Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS) Technical Service
team! This position will report directly to the Global Technical
Services Manager - TSS at our Newark, DE location.The primary focus
of this role will be to provide direct technical support for our
next generation OpteonTM refrigerant solutions to air-conditioning
OEMs, aftermarket customers, and end users. This highly visible
role will require regular direct interaction with a wide variety of
industry stakeholders.The responsibilities of the position include,
but are not limited to, the following:
- Direct support for AC OEMs, aftermarket customers, and end
users. Activities include -
- Product evaluations / qualifications and investigation of
quality concerns
- Handling refrigerants hotline calls and emails
- In-person and virtual industry training through seminars and
webinars
- Regular interaction with R&D and Marketing functions
- Insight sharing on customer needs
- Supporting product commercialization efforts
- Technical writing and literature development related to next
generation refrigerants
- Supporting case studies and field trials for new
refrigerants
- Standards related activities and support of industry
associations (e.g., AHRI, ACCA, ASHRAE, ESCO)The following is
required for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in science or engineering
- Ten years of ACR industry related experience
- Ability to travel regularly
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skillsThe following is
preferred for this role:
- Five years of refrigerant-related experience

that they do. Pay Range (in local currency):$93,184.00 -
$145,600.00Chemours Level:25Annual Bonus Target:8%The pay range and
incentives listed above is a general guideline based on the primary
location of this job only andnot a guarantee oftotal compensation.

knowledge, skills,and abilities, as wellas internal equity,
andalignment with marketdata. The incentive pay is dependent on
business results and individual performance and subject to the
