Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a Solutions Engineering team
Collaborate with sales management to align team goals with sales
objectives
Deliver compelling presentations and support enterprise Proof of
Concepts
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting leadership
role with enterprise customers
3+ years of knowledge and experience within the ITSM/ESM domain
Proven team leader with the ability to interpret complex problems
and provide simple solutions
Experience collaborating with sales teams, channel partners, and
technical audiences
Passionate about client success and open to feedback
