Engineering is hiring an Aerospace Tool Crib Attendant for our
Dallas, Oregon facility! The attendant will set up precision
tooling for CNC machines using advanced presetting and shrink-fit
systems and maintain 5S standards in the tool crib. The selected
candidate will also coordinate with our purchasing department to
standardize tooling and manage inventory levels. This position is
on site (not remote/not hybrid) and is not eligible for Visa
sponsorship or transfer of Visa sponsorship. Requirements: JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES: To include but not limited to the following:
Set-up tools for CNC machines per set-up sheet following specific
guidelines. Issue tools and equipment to machinists and maintain
records of tools and equipment issued and returned. Maintain tool
crib in clean, orderly and well-maintained condition. Manage,
stock, and set up tools for CNC machinists. Ensure that tooling is
ordered in a timely fashion for min/max quantity for tooling.
Accurately maintain records of issued and returned tools, ensuring
traceability and accountability. Inspect returned tools for wear or
damage and coordinate repair or replacement as needed. Maintain
accurate computer-based inventory records in compliance with AS9100
standards and company procedures. JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: Knowledge of CNC machine tooling. At least 2
years of related Tool Crib experience. Proficiency with computer
systems for inventory tracking. Experience with Mastercam & Siemens
NX tool setup sheets. Experience with Zoller pre-setter & Haimer
Heat Shrink. Machining experience is a plus. Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel and Word. PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Reliable,
punctual, and committed to quality. Self-motivated and adaptable to
changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and pride in
craftsmanship. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Machine shop environment with exposure to
noise, coolant, and metal shavings. Frequent standing, walking,
bending, and lifting to 40 lbs. Must be flexible to work overtime
or alternate shifts as needed. The employee must be able to perform
the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: $21 to $29 per hour DOE Medical / Dental /
