Market Operations Director - Oregon Overall Purpose: The P3 Health Partners Oregon Operations Director supports the Market President in providing leadership, guidance and direction for Oregon staff members to perform optimally. This position is responsible for strategy execution and project management related to network, medical management, quality, Medicare Risk Adjustment, strategic communications and daily operations for a population health management team focused on senior populations. The Operations Director supports achieving the Quadruple Aim: improved outcomes, improved patient experience, improved clinician experience and decreased cost of care. Education and Experience: --- Bachelors Degree in Business or Health Care preferred --- Minimum 5 years experience in health care operations --- Minimum of 2 years experience supervising employees --- Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience (PMP Certification preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: --- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities --- Experience in a managed care organization and understanding of Medicare Advantage model preferred --- Excellent communication skills with patients, providers, internal and external customers required --- Must have excellent computer skills --- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently --- Ability to lead high performing, engaged teams is essential Essential Functions: --- Executes all logistical and operational aspects of priority projects for the P3 Health Partners Salem and Roseburg offices, projects and programming for the market, including network development, quality improvement and patient experience --- Leads development of market infrastructure, payor implementation projects, and assists with team development and oversight, including onboarding, development, feedback and maintaining a positive culture that promotes performance, integrity and pride in team --- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and network providers to ensure operational interventions are aligned with P3's overall goals --- Collaborates with P3 analytics to develop reports and interpret market level data; ensures processes for regular and timely communication to provider partners, payor partners and internal team leadership --- Plays a leading role in monitoring and managing company budget and growth strategy --- Executes strategies to optimize company and asset growth --- Demonstrates and ensures expertise and effectiveness across operating platforms --- Implements initiatives to effectively manage company resources and expenses, including financial, operational and performance tracking, managing reporting and initiating business improvement practices --- Driving employees and leading performance reviews, to ensure engaged and skilled workforce --- Ensuring adherence to key performance objectives to meet company expectations.
