Technical Accounting Director (SPAC)
Compensation: $90/hour and up
Location: Remote
Duration: Immediate Start (3-4 month projects)
We have multiple projects for clients seeking assistance with IPO
Readiness/SPAC projects. The ideal candidate will have significant
experience with the following:
* Strong technical accounting experience and experience writing
technical white papers
* SEC Reporting experience
* Public Accounting experience/External Audit/Audit Readiness
* IPO/SPAC experience
