We celebrate the differences-age, color, physical ability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, language, national origin, race, religion, veteran status, and other characteristics-that make each of us unique.Who You AreA geospatial business professional with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience assisting scientists, engineers, surveyors, and other project management professionals in designing, developing, monitoring, and modifying the data/GIS management infrastructure to expedite and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting with in the AEC industry.You are a Geospatial Services Manager who has significant experience working on a variety of project types, leading or directing complex and/or large geospatial related investigations, technical studies, spatial analyses and tasks.-- Work with airports, public infrastructure, recreation and parks, general and specific plans, and adaptation/resiliency is helpful.You possess excellent oral and presentation skills and are able to present complex technical information understandably and speak persuasively about complex topics and/or high visibility projects to clients, agency staff, teaming partners, other project stakeholders and the general public.You are an effective people manager who proactively identifies and contributes constructively to address broad project or team issues to foster teamwork and inclusion, and can provide mentoring and coaching to more junior staff.What You Will Do for ESAAs a Geospatial Services Manager you will lead or direct the preparation of geospatial data and analysis for environmental deliverables including technical memoranda, biological assessments/evaluations, scientific discipline reports, sections of NEPA, , and state/federal natural resource-related permit applications for complex municipal and private development projects.You will demonstrate a clear understanding of project management principles and practices, meeting financial targets for projects, individuals, and the group. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of operating methods to improve collection, processing, distribution, analysis, reporting, and presentation procedures.Serve as a technical specialist, leveraging expertise to develop technical approach and strategy to address project issues for a wide range of complex geospatial studies or interdisciplinary projects.
