Summary of Major Responsibilities The Digital Collaborations Senior Manager will support the establishment and growth of value-added relationships with leading Digital vendors in support of our Precision Oncology Division. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Health Systems HIT Collaborations leadership team in executing priorities and initiatives and providing overall operational support. In addition, they will work closely with our field-based HIT Leader organization and other members of our Health Systems Channel Marketing team to execute HIT Collaborations strategies, develop tactics, and promote successes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Support Pilot efforts with targeted HIT vendors and Health Systems customers. * Demonstrate deep marketing acumen, as well as collaboration and project management skills. * Support the identification, sourcing, scoping, and contracting with Digital vendors as appropriate. * Work with the Collaborations leadership team and the broader Health Systems Channel Marketing team to execute programs and tactics. * Manage and lead without authority by influencing and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Showcase an ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects from ideation to execution, including owning the coordination of work across multiple external partners/vendors and internal departments. * Ability to work in a self-directed and organized manner using excellent planning and organizational skills. * Support and comply with the Company's Quality Management System policies and procedures. * Uphold the Company's Mission and Values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. * Ability to travel approximately 30% of working time. * Ability to work seated for approximately 50% of a typical working day; ability to work standing for approximately 10% of a typical working day (note that office positions can accommodate sitting and standing needs, so this may not be relevant). * Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 80% of a typical working day. #LI-LP1 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare technology, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience working in HIT, marketing, or commercial field. * Demonstrated knowledge of HIT and Digital Health platforms and the healthcare landscape, specifically Primary Care and Oncology. * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and has a track record of cross-functional collaboration. * Possess a track record of working in a high growth environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and a "build" culture. * Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. * Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation. Preferred Qualifications * Some hands-on knowledge of HIT platforms and applications. * A deep understanding of how HIT is currently leveraged in the US healthcare industry and, specifically, within Health Systems.
