Who We Need: Reporting to the SVP, Brand & Customer Experience, the Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy is 50/50 tactical and strategic. In this role, this is your chance to take your more tactical experience and morph that into mini strategies to build out a cohesive and full-funnel digital marketing strategy. This role will shape strategy and establish benchmarks for the success of future marketing and contact campaigns.. You have a passion and are experienced in lead acquisition and lead generation and you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump into the deep end to begin grasping and understanding what we have in place today. You are excited by the opportunity to build onto, refine, and define a fully baked digital strategy that sales, analytics, executives, content, and brand teams can all support and get behind. This position is perfect for one that wants to be a blend of lead gen, sales optimization, and contact strategy optimization. You will work closely with our Corporate Analytics team while rubbing elbows daily with our Content Team to produce appropriate campaigns. You're not afraid to be on the phone with our C-suite and Executive teams to discuss metrics, campaigns, and learnings on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will be in charge of reviewing and optimizing campaigns and platforms to support full-funnel strategies with the ultimate goal of driving the best leads to the sales teams through digital efforts. You must be a resourceful, self-starter who is excited about enhancing and optimizing what we currently have in place while outlining and building out what we need to have. What You Will Do: * Create a full-funnel strategy with the ultimate goal to drive well-qualified leads to our sales groups * Collaborate with the content team to outline monthly, quarterly, and annual content plans for our Consumer Direct channel and overall brand * Lead the optimization and iterating of campaigns in order to drive the most qualified leads to sales while determining the right delegation and nurturing strategies for cooler leads * Identify "low-hanging fruit" opportunities and turn those opportunities into workable projects to implement and execute * Run meetings with Sales Leaders and Executives on sales contact strategies to better understand and align digital marketing content and campaign opportunities; Participate in and support quarterly business reviews * Continual consultation with sales, marketing, and business groups across the company focused on increased use of and value of marketing automation strategies * Analyze program performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of content, mix, frequency, etc. in order to meet customer needs and business objectives * Measure the demand funnel for each stage and establish benchmarks and goals for ongoing performance improvement and share with key stakeholders and executives * Document digital strategies, digital procedures, and workflows for marketing tools and marketing reporting as necessary * Mentor and manage social media and email marketing managers while determining additional roles and responsibilities for the team as we continue to grow What You Need: Required Qualifications * 5-7 years related experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in financial services, technology or sales operations space * Proven success in digital marketing strategy experience strongly preferred * Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred * Strong project management and problem-solving skills required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications * Expert working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot * Working knowledge of MOZ and other key SEO tools to drive search traffic * Superior knowledge of Google Business Suite * Superior Knowledge Marketing Automation. * Superior knowledge of B2C Marketing and/or technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment. * Working knowledge of Looker, Tableau or other reporting tools * Able to lead in a virtual environment * Able to work in a highly collaborative environment * Understanding of Velocify, InContact, or ProPair is a plus not a must What We Offer: * Strength, Stability, and Vision. * Great compensation package. * Opportunity for career growth. * A commitment to be a relevant market leader - we are aiming for the top! * Octane, our engineered proprietary technology that is transforming the mortgage industry. * An empowered culture where your ideas are important and your voice matters. * Full Benefits, beginning the first day of the month following your start date, including - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance, and much more. * Generous paid time off package that also includes all major holidays. * 401K w/ 50% match - Beginning the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
