Responsibilities Business Development Manager - Municipex - Technical SalesREHAU, a leading innovative international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious, experienced Business Development Professional for MUNICIPEX, our PEXa-based water service pipe product. With the objective of increasing market share in CO, AZ, NM among others, you will contribute to the development of sales and the growth of our underground pipe business. -- -Job responsibilities for the Business Development Professional will include:Develop and implement regional initiatives to expand MUNICIPEX sales by utilizing pricing strategy, distribution concepts and product promotionPromote products to utility districts, engineers, distribution partners and installers via trade shows, presentations and training programsWork with outside rep agencies to grow sales within the territoryManage existing regional distributor accounts and expand distributionTrack activities and maintain customer information via Salesforce.comAchieve targets for obtaining product approval at municipalities and utilitiesIdentify and communicate product development opportunities to management Qualifications Business Development Manager - Municipex - Technical SalesBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredMinimum of-- -two years of outside-- -construction sales experience preferred-- -Four or more years of experience with waterworks products preferredExperience attaining approval for products at municipalities and utilitiesExperience using-- -a Customer Relationship Management-- -(CRM) database for reportingAbility to develop strong rapport with existing and prospective customersProven ability to communicate and sell technical benefitsSelf-motivated, team-oriented, results drivenAbility to travel within multi-state sales territory as neededREHAU offers excellent benefits and salary commensurate with experience.
