About the team The Zillow's Strategic Partnerships team is a
part of the Corporate Strategy org and works to bring value to
Zillow Group through identifying and executing critical product,
commercial, data, and marketing partnerships. We align closely with
business units to understand their goals, and deliver key strategic
partnerships, with favorable terms, to help achieve them. The team
also works closely with the Mergers & Acquisitions team to identify
potential acquisitions. About the role Do you have a passion for
business development and corporate strategy and enjoy making a big
impact? Zillow is seeking an exceptional business development
professional to lead business development support for Zillow's
Rentals business (and other areas as needed) and drive specific
business partnerships to support Zillow's ongoing growth! This role
will collaborate closely with external partners and internal
business partners to execute new deals and optimize existing ones
across Zillow's business units. We are looking for a business
development expert who can both act as a strategic leader in
identifying and setting priorities, and as a strong executer in
driving complex agreements from end-to-end. Join a fun, high
performance team! Responsibilities: Spot industry trends, evaluate
potential impact, and make build, buy, partner recommendations Work
closely with leadership to synthesize a deep understanding of
Zillow's goals and product roadmaps to identify key partnerships
and acquisition targets Leverage business development expertise to
negotiate agreements that unlock maximum value for Zillow Manage
ongoing relationships for Zillow Group in collaboration with
critical-- cross-functional partners Make recommendations for
optimizing existing deals and for streamlining the deal process
Lead a team of one to two direct reports. Develop and enhance
talent as a people leader Support Corporate Development team in
identifying acquisition targets and building business cases for
M&A and other strategic priorities This role has been
categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a
permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a
physical location of their choice which must be identified to the
Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with
limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a
remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time
zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In
Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base
pay range for this role is $164,000.00 - $262,000.00 Annually. This
base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New
York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Who you are

leading others Qualifications 12+ years relevant experience in
business development and corporate strategy Bachelor's degree
required. MBA preferred Experience in real estate and rentals
