About the team The Rentals Sales Team provides best-in-class advertising solutions and business consultation for Multi-Family partners. Specifically, the Rentals Enterprise team works with the largest owners and operators of rental properties throughout the US, helping to connect rental shoppers with the property they will next call home. The About the role We are looking for a proven sales leader to join the Enterprise Team as an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead a team to drive revenue growth and retention across our largest Enterprise partners. The ideal candidate is one who has experience in managing a team focused on complex client relationships and ensuring year over year growth, retention and engagement across key accounts. This person has an elite ability to lead people and elicit world class results in driving revenue and retention. Key activities will include: Own, develop, and lead all aspects of an Enterprise sales team including strategy, personnel development, client relationships, sales production, reporting, etc. Focus on implementation of consistent and high-quality sales output; excited to get into the details, roll up sleeves, and push improvement through ongoing iteration Track, monitor and report out on metrics focused on revenue, sales velocity and closing ratios and retention Facilitate process standardization including, but not limited to, activity metrics, sales process, and operational cadence Improve retention and client loyalty through consistent, thoughtful and data driven coaching Lead team and individuals through change in a hyper-growth environment. Grow and develop a sales culture with a focus towards a growth mindset Create and foster a dynamic and growth oriented team environment virtually or in-person Be an effective partner with other internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, marketing and more Effectively communicate ZG Rental's value proposition through presentations, industry events, executive meetings, and sales proposals to upscale the tea m , meetings and opportunities This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 - $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Who you are 4+ years sales leadership experience, including implementation and ongoing management of goal setting, accountability metrics, and pipeline management Proven history of managing a team focused on high growth accounts Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals Ability to lead through ambiguity and in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment Excel at coaching sales teams on handling a complex sales process that may include multiple decision makers and influencers Strong presentation skills, influencing multiple levels within an organization, including at the C-level with outstanding communication skills, both oral and written Strong working knowledge of CRM software - preferably Salesforce Available to travel 30-40% to meet with industry decision makers in corporate marketing as well as at divisional and national levels In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for variable incentives and/or equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
