must be done)20% Synthesize and OrganizeWorks with numerous
internal and external information sources to gather and organize
credible and relevant Market (economic, regulatory, competitor,
customer) information.Synthesize the extensive and continuous
Market data/facts/logic to outline winning strategies and
approaches in our served markets.Identify concepts, trends and
hypotheses about Market, customer, competitive actions, and impact
to SIC EB.Asses current state of competitiveness against Market
expectations and purchase drivers to determine highest impact
actions and opportunities.Determine the highest value elements
required by the market, aligned with the value SIC EB brings to
develop a clear value approach to the market.Understand all
elements of the sales and execution value chain and customer
journeys.Perform market testing of concepts to ensure value and
potential.Translate ambiguous / fuzzy concepts to potential
action.30% Strategize and CommunicateDefine Top Quadrant
competitiveness winning strategies and approaches for our served
markets to drive and protect revenue.Support the EB Strategic
Process by developing and delivering numerous tools to inform EB
Senior Leadership on the state of the market especially as it
relates to market purchase drivers.Use data driven information and
analysis to evaluate market subtleties, product / solution
performance and competitive trends to create 3-5 year pipeline
action plan recommendations balancing differentiating, fast follow,
and slow-follow to capitalize on key market opportunities.Influence
acceptance of the recommendations through clear business cases,
story-telling and preliminary problem-solving.Support inflight
Strategic initiatives with up-to-date Market information to help
inform action and priority.Ensure market solutions deliver required
value and financial performance for SIC EB.Understand potential
market threats and risks and recommend mitigation
approaches.Identify all opportunities to productize (generate
revenue) of our various offerings and services.Use data/facts/logic
to prioritize focus opportunities.Assess competitor actions on the
Market Segment and prepare / deliver Competitor Threat Assessment
for high impact movements.25% Collaborate and ExecuteDevelop and
maintain strong partnerships with critical Market input leaders
across EB.Consistently collaborate with a small cross-functional
Market Segment team to develop and deliver strategic input
tools.Anticipate concerns, roadblocks or bottlenecks and plan
mitigations.Ensure solutions are feasible for SIC EB functional
partners, while still meeting market needs.Manage the execution of
non-strategic deliverables.Optimize Field productivity through the
delivery of GTM launch support of non-strategic deliverables.25%
Coach and ManageDirectly manage and coach GTM product support team
to required performance levels.Support a diverse and empowered
working environment providing everyone success opportunitiesJob
Specifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing
or related field required. Experience:10 years EB market within
product, marketing, or salesStrong experience in strategy and
problem solvingDemonstrated success in large cross-functional
productsAdvanced business and financial acumenSuperb written and
presentation communication skillsProfessional certification

this role is listed below.The Standard's package also includes
incentive planparticipationand comprehensive benefitsincluding

eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to
the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on
various factors, including individual and organizational
performance.Salary Range:$108,300.00 - $165,200.00Standard
