  • Lead the Order Processing team through a fundamental technology change.
  • Manage customer service activities including placing orders, order management, resolving supply chain, finance and logistics issues.
  • Partner with Mission prep when customer contact is needed to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure key KPIs are achieved both at individual and team level (tNPS, response rate, accuracy, daily targets)
  • Coach and support team members to outstanding performance; regular ongoing feedback, development conversations
    • Play an active role in the management team, identifying areas of improvement and proactive about making changes.
    • Lead and manage projects that support the overall company strategy and improve customer experience
    • Cultivate an environment that encourages maximum productivity and service effectiveness, personal growth and development, open communication and teamworkQualifications

      You are passionate about customer service and have honed your skills in a customer service or order management environment. You are a highly motivational leader, able to engage teams to deliver first class customer service and deliver consistent results. Your leadership experience within a fast paced, growing business will be underpinned by your high attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines. We are a global business so being culturally aware is a must but, most of all, a customer focused approach, with customer satisfaction being a core driver and an understanding of Net Promoter Score.Any experience with implementing change, improving processes would be great but we are looking for your team player mentality, ability to work on your own initiative and confident leadership.
