US Based Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager - Virginia

We are hiring a US-based Mortgage Loan Officer or Branch Manager with a team for our aggressive growth plans to help more people obtain homeownership. 3+ years of experience in mortgage origination. We offer an expansive list of niche loan products and an excellent compensation plan. We care about all relationships and expect all our people to do the same. Compensation:

High commission; based on production - can be 5 figures yearly

Must be US Resident, Licensed, and experienced in the US as a loan originator

NMLS MLO license in one of VA, MD, DC, NC, NY, FL, TX and willing to get a VA license

Responsibilities:
--- Build referral relationships with real estate professionals and stay up to date on our vast list of conforming government, Non-QM, Commercial, and Niche mortgage products.
--- Communicate with borrower(s), real estate agent(s), closing agent, processor, and various internal departments. -
--- Prequalify applicants by recommending the right mortgage product(s), loan process, and lending guidelines.
--- Obtain documentation to determine credit worthiness, income, assets, and liabilities.
--- Guide Mortgage applicants from application to funding.

Qualifications:
Must have:
--- NMLS MLO license in one of VA, MD, DC, NC, NY, FL, TX and willing to get a VA license
--- Experience in conventional and non-QM loan products as an MLO or Branch Manager with their own business book
--- Knowledge of the loan process from origination to close
--- Superior time management, communication, and analysis skills and independently resourceful
--- Previous experience with MS office and loan origination software
--- A bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, banking, finance, or real estate law
--- Residency and experience in the US Only
--- Have the potential and yearning to become a team leader
--- Want for the tremendous potential for very large commission income
