Job Description
BTG Oracle Strategic Client Transformation Director is responsible
for establishing business and IT client executive relationships,
driving executive vision, identifying and driving the sales of
transformational deals, and staging TCS to deliver business
transformation and benefit realization to clients. Establish
yourself and TCS as the trusted "go-to advisory partner within our
domain. Become intimate with clients' industries and businesses and
provide strategic guidance and advice on achieving differentiation
and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
" Proven track record in senior positions at top-tier management
consulting firms such as Big 4, MBB, or similar
" Significant experience in a primary industry domain (e.g.,
healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, retail, communications &
media, high tech, etc.) across sales, service, operations, and
management functions
" Business financial literacy - Ability to review, digest, and
discuss corporate financial reporting, market analyses, industry
analyses, and corporate investor reports to assess client
positioning and develop transformational and innovative
opportunities
" Strong executive presence and experience engaging with executives
to deliver industry insights, strategic guidance, analysis and
recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and proposals
" Business acumen with the ability to be perceived as a "peer in
the board room to corporate executives
" Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills working
independently
" Experience authoring thought leadership through relevant and
timely industry-focused points of view, white papers, etc.
" Experience hosting external webinars and CXO round-tables.
Creates strategic plans and business cases. Organizes and leads
client executive and stakeholder meetings
" Experience developing and maintaining trusted advisor
relationships with client executives and leaders and firm leaders
in industry and service practice domains
" Experience successfully working through multiple concurrent
client engagements and pursuits
" Strong understanding of Oracle platform and ecosystem, as well as
general ERP and customer engagement technologies and solutions
" Oracle certification(s) are a plus. ERP experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
" Deliver industry-peer/cross-industry perspectives to clients and
account teams to establish yourself and TCS as trusted subject
matter advisors.
" Identify "white space opportunities, shape the deal, justify the
business investment, and mobilize TCS teams to close the deal
" Leverage business strategy and problem-solving advisory
consulting techniques to identify pain points and opportunities to
be pursued. Create structured quantitative and qualitative analyses
to assess the value proposition. Develop cost-benefit frameworks
and business cases to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and
justify investments.
" Perform capabilities assessments, gap analysis, development of
strategic options with strengths and weaknesses analysis. Present
findings and recommendations to client leadership.
" Build consensus and effectively influence senior-level
stakeholders with disparate priorities
" Lead design thinking client working sessions to envision the art
of the possible with client executives
" Envision the transformation program. Build client pursuit
strategies that include positioning TCS's value proposition and
enhancing win probability based on solution selling. Develop
solution proposal and estimation with sales team. Pitch value
proposition to clients, effectively leverage influence,
relationships, insights, and persistence to drive the deal to
closure.
" Deliver transformation success and business case realization
analysis, and executive playback.
" Build relationships with Oracle sales, industry, and alliance
teams to strategize and execute joint opportunities to maximize
impact and offer a higher value proposition for the customer
" Participate in joint pipeline development and management, and
account planning workshop activities with Oracle
" Drive alignment of TCS "white space transformation opportunity
pursuit with Oracle account executives
