Job Description:

Rob Levine & Associates is the largest personal injury firm in Rhode Island. Our firm will be expanding to the Boston Market in 2023 and our team is looking for a motivated, energetic, and zealous professional manager to join our growing team. Our firm is looking for an experienced personal injury manager to help grow our company through multiple states.

We have offices throughout the Northeast and are expanding. Candidates are not required to be in the office. COVID has taught us that we can properly manage from anywhere on the globe.

Responsibilities:
--- Ensure Paralegals, Team Leads, and Legal Assistants maintain their monthly KPI goals
--- Ensure the pre-lit process is followed by the non-attorney team members
--- Support any new initiatives rolled out by the Director or Executive Team
--- Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring client contact and speaking with unhappy clients
--- Ensure non-attorney team is monitored and staffed properly at all times
--- Complete team member annual reviews
--- Complete team member discipline, warnings, and terminations
--- Manage team member probation periods and ensure no team member is employed beyond their probation period if the team member is not a good fit for the role or company
--- Manage non-attorney training, testing, and mentoring
--- Work with pre-lit attorney manager to ensure case management is cohesive for both non-attorneys and attorneys
--- Maintain law firm relationships with doctors, physical therapists, and health insurance and car insurance companies

Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of management experience
--- College degree
--- Must be extremely comfortable speaking on the phone to clients
--- Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
--- Excellent written and verbal skills
--- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
