This IRBY professional is responsible for growing and thriving the
IRBY name in their market. The General Sales Manager will manage
the day-to-day workflow and put a continuous focus on optimizing
IRBY processes. -Responsibilities include formulating a growth
strategy and constantly improving market performance and
efficiency. IRBY's success is based on the success of its people.

Responsibilities:
--- Set performance and revenue growth goals
--- Qualify sales prospects in a professional and timely manner
--- Follow established procedures and checklists to evaluate
properties and formulate offers
--- Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the
goal of maximizing revenue
--- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to
ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
Qualifications:
--- Proven success in a high-pressure sales environment -
--- Knowledge of -business processes and functions -
--- Objective and pragmatic in solving problems
--- Strong ability to prioritize
--- Must pass a background check to get a Real Estate License
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by
car
