Job DescriptionOPS is looking for a Senior Customer Success
Manager to join our team!Do you thrive in roles where you get to

for our customer success department. TOPS Software is in a period
of rapid growth our premier SaaS product, TOPS [ONE], is an
industry leader that we are proudly and successfully scaling this
year (and the next!) Our team of customer success managers are
close knit and supportive, reporting directly to our very involved
Director of Customer Success. This full-time, salaried role is
remote, with preference for candidates in CST or EST. Salary range
is 80-90k, depending on experience. Who will love this jobSomeone

internal processes with Product, Support & Engineering on their

willing and able to tactfully tell clients what they need to hear,
not what they want to hear.You should haveRequired: at least 5
years in a customer success position and experience supporting a
SaaS productRequired: proven record of building relationships and
facilitating success for enterprise clientsPreferred: experience
with a CRM software and/or Hubspot will make you a standout
candidate!Preferred: experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
Proven experience building and maintaining relationships, while
working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewalsSuperior
listening skills and consistency in following up Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to drive continued value for customers Willing
