ResponsibilitiesSCA Health is seeking a Manager, Enterprise
Diligence and Integration (D&I) who will be fully dedicated to
SCAH's service offering/business model, enterprise reporting, and
large-scale project efforts. The Manager, Enterprise D&I will
work closely with SCAH leadership and the Diligence, Integrations,
Business Operations and Support Services teams. Overall, a Manager,
Enterprise D&I is a well-rounded individual with a high
business acumen and a combination of technical, leadership, and
effective communication skills. This candidate values Continuous
Improvement and Teamwork, managing complex projects and delivering
successful outcomes while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
with detailed reporting and guidance throughout the project and/or
program lifecycle. While not necessarily a technical expert, this
role should be able to communicate effectively with technical
teams, varied levels of management, and understand the implication
of technical and business decisions on the program. Duties &
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the completion of functional level
and cross-functional level strategic projects, goals and
operational objectives, and initiatives with limited
complexity
- Create and design compelling and effective data visualizations,
including charts, graphs, dashboards, PowerPoint decks, and
infographics, to communicate complex information and insights to
internal and external stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and provide reporting to various levels of
management for Enterprise processes, initiatives and other related
areas using appropriate enterprise tools, and methodologies
- Partner and collaborate with D&I stakeholders to understand
reporting needs and develop effective solutions to meet those
needs
- Work with internal Business Operations team to maintain and
enhance learnings and better practices throughout the lifecycle of
projects and initiatives
- Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust project plans as
necessary with proactive communication to stakeholders providing
impact, risks, and roadblocks
- Leverage change management principles and have the ability to
lead teams through transitions effectively
- Manage related platforms/sites created to support key
initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting
and data management to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Build relationships and maintain effective communication
channels with key stakeholders
- Autonomously work in a various project dynamics, while applying
critical thought to interconnected enterprise goals
- Perform all other related duties as assigned Qualifications
Skills Required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
with stakeholders, and senior leadership, both internal and
external to the organization
- Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills,
including clear and concise delivery, engaging storytelling, and
effective use of visual aids
- Ability to drive and motivate large teams within an
organization though strategic leadership, guidance, and conflict
resolution skills
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a
proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project and program
environment Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Business,
Project Management, Finance, or equivalent work experience
preferred.
- Six Sigma, CAPM, or PMP certification preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience. Travel Required
