Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Major Accountabilities: \nWork collaboratively with Executive Leadership, Corporate Directors and Pop Health team to:\n\nDevelop operational and financial pro formas to support decision-making and continuous improvement of efficiency and value delivery of Population Health programs \nSupport development of annual business plan as part of the Enterprise Business Planning process\nSupport major investment planning and business planning processes by developing required CBAs and NPV calculations\nWork with finance on driver-based models to inform decision making\nPrepare materials for Executive level meetings including MBR, EC, and Pop Health executives\nCollaborate with Pop Health leaders, key stakeholders, enterprise Optimization Office, Finance and Enterprise Business Planning on ongoing business and financial activities, annual business planning cycle and designated projects. \nSupport Population Health monthly business reviews, regular reporting on projects, key metrics, open issues and barriers to completion for population health departmental KPIs\nSupport Corporate Director in leading strategy execution ensuring Pop Health achieves its KPIs, value capture, and savings targets\nMonitor, escalate and mitigate risks to plan\nLead ad hoc strategy projects.\n\n Education/ Experience: \n\nBachelor's Degree: Master's Degree preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\n3 to 5 years corporate strategy experience either at a management consulting firm or within a corporate development or corporate strategy department.\nHealth care industry experience.\nProject management skills.\nStrong analytic and intellectual abilities.\nFinancial analysis and modeling.\nAdvanced knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and processes for strategic planning, business planning, and competitive intelligence.\n Customer oriented approach to working with direct reports, peers, customers and other stakeholders.\n\n . \n\n\nBack\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nApply Now\n\n
