Seeking a full-time Property Manager for our apartment community in Eugene, OR. This is an amazing opportunity with a company that values their teammates and company culture. Compensation $60,000 - $65,000 annually or DOE, plus commissions & quarterly bonus structure.

At the direction of the Regional Manager, the Property Manager will be responsible for training the team, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations of the property. They will utilize management skills to train, motivate, and empower the team to reach goals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule, supervise, and direct daily activities of all on-site team
  
• Responsible for fiscal budgetary compliance with the approved operations budget
  
• Compliance with management company personnel and operations policy and procedures and compliance with company standards
  
• Provide effective marketing and communication, including advising management of pertinent issues as related to the community, market, or other respective issues
  
• Plan, promote, and implement an effective Resident Retention program
  
  
  COMPENSATION
  We offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, etc.

  - - - - - - - - - Bachelor degree preferred, high school diploma required
  - - - - - - - - - EXPERIENCE:
  - - - - - - - - - 4+ years of experience working in residential rental communities -
  - - - - - - - - - Proven experience in marketing, leasing, and sales
  - - - - - - - - - TECHNOLOGY
  - - - - - - - - - PC Literacy (Microsoft Office suite) -
  - - - - - - - - - SKILLS:
  - - - - - - - - - Must have excellent communication and people skills
  - - - - - - - - - A passion to serve residents, parents, vendors, and colleagues
