need or challenge.Responsibilities The Director of Operational
Performance will be a key leader responsible for supporting the
office of the COO, leading, managing, enabling, and empowering the
SCA operations organization to perform and execute well in
partnership with SCA's Group Presidents, CNO, GVP of Business
Development, VP of Operational Integration and Support Services
lanes. The Director of Operational Performance will devise and lead
execution of strategies to optimize operational performance through
innovation, training, process improvement and workflow solutions,
building scalability and capability across SCA Health operations
teams and facilities and in a dyad model with Support Services
leaders. Key accountability will be to serve as support to the
direction of the COO and GVP of Enterprise FinOps to ensure the
proper intersection and coordination of financial and business
management processes and best practices. The Director of
Operational Performance will be core to the Leadership Team and
will work collaboratively with departments and teams to develop and
implement operational enhancements that focus on improving quality,
productivity, labor, cost savings and growth. This role will lead
and execute a prioritized set of initiatives annually that drive
growth optimization and savings as part of the journey to evolve
SCA's operating model and better institutionalize systems to
deliver financial results within specified metrics, benchmarks, and
timeframes. This role will conduct research and analysis and
consistently monitor to identify areas of opportunity for
improvement or enhancement and will support setting or redefining
pathways, set goals, and objectives, and coordinate internal and
external parties. This role will serve as a change agent for
developing, communicating. and influencing a culture and workforce
that is driven by safety, discipline, transparency, accountability,
and service excellence. Furthermore, as a key member of the Ops
leadership team, it is essential that they lead and influence our
team and workforce to achieve our Vitals and financial goals. Key
Responsibilities will include: Inform and support development of
SCA Health's facility organizational structure to meet the needs of
our LTP and Strategic Priorities. Inform and document continued
development of SCA Health's Operating Strategy and Plan through
focus group settings and field and facility engagements.Oversee
operating plan workstreams to build culture, talent, clinical
quality and performance systems including onboarding and training
for Operations leaders. Advance, consolidate and automate metrics,
dashboards, and management processes. Develop a communication and
change management process for how we implement new initiatives and
cascade information that reaches the majority of the intended
audience, whether at leader or teammate level. Foster an ongoing
continuous improvement process to capture opportunities to improve
performance, service, and financial results.Build the next phase
unification and integration process for PEGI and future multi-site
acquisitions. All of the above to be performed in a collaboration
model with Support Service leaders and teams. The following key

average monthly travel of 25%Remote position but must be based in
