Responsibilities:
--- Sales Strategy and Execution:
--- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action
plans to drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
--- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify
opportunities and competitive advantages.
--- Set clear sales targets and objectives for the region and
ensure their achievement.
--- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing regular
reports and recommendations to senior management.
--- Team Leadership and Development:
--- Recruit, train, and motivate a remote sales team, ensuring they
have the skills and resources to meet their sales targets.
--- Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and feedback to team
members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
--- Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance
reviews, and address any performance-related issues.
--- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes
teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
--- Relationship Building and Business Development:
--- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients,
partners, and industry stakeholders within the region.
--- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads
and expanding the customer base.
--- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted
marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
--- Represent InsuraTec at industry events, conferences, and
networking opportunities to enhance the company's presence.
--- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
--- Monitor sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to
senior management.
--- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
and drive sales effectiveness.
--- Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting key
metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
--- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager,
preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
--- Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving
targets.
--- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the
ability to motivate and inspire a remote sales team.
--- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability
to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and
stakeholders.
--- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
and business expansion.
--- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales

--- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
--- Availability for occasional travel within the assigned
region.
