Job Description:
Stellantis is transforming into a customer centric mobility
company and is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to
join our team. The newly created software organization, SWX, will
drive personalized mobility experiences to exceed customer
expectations by leveraging the latest technology. As the Sr. Mgr.
of Product, Subscription Services, you will own and drive the
Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Subscription Services
offerings globally. Collaborating closely with the SWX Business
Teams around the world, you will define a roadmap to complement
their Commercial Strategy(ies) and ensure target objectives are
met. With a focus on the customer experience, you will work with
the Subscription Management Product Platform team(s) to set
priorities and a joint roadmap to achieve agreed to results. You
will also partner with the Product Onboarding team to streamline
the experience to best showcase benefits to the customer. There
will be opportunities to explore how to integrate joint product
offerings, with key B2B Partners, into existing subscription
packages or to create new bundles. In collaboration with Business
and Marketing teams, you will leverage Competitive, Market, and
Consumer Research to streamline the approach for providing
Subscription Services to our customers and ensure teams use a
product-centric approach and best-practices for Product Discovery
(e.g. Business Model Canvas, LeanStartup, etc.) You will work
closely with Design and Engineering leads to iterate on product
development. As possible, you will develop build, measure, learn
cycles with the core team and partners from the Data team to make
product improvement decisions based on data-driven insights. You
will influence the success of SWX as a key contributor to the
product vision and roadmap of this core service by providing
Stellantis customers the best in-class Subscription Services
experience. We are looking for a world class product leader and

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to): As a Group
Product Manager:In partnership with Business Teams, review and
analyze current approach to Subscription Services being offered in
key regions, NA, EMEA, SA, and IAP. Create mission, vision, and
strategy for Subscription Services product line. Build and manage
team of Product Managers to support this approach. Work closely
with WiFi Product Managers within this Product Line to include best
strategy for incorporating WiFi into packages.Work cross
functionally with other product areas within the software
organization and across the enterprise where the Wi-Fi product is
included. As an Individual Contributor:Lead product definition
end-to-end across all customer interaction channels (web, mobile,
in-vehicle) and throughout the product development processEnsure
product provides streamlined customer experiences and flexibility
to support multiple regions and future product evolutionMaintain a
product backlog to meet stakeholder needs that is transparent,
visible, and well understoodCollaborate with stakeholders to
develop functional objectives, epics/capabilities/user stories,
logical architectures, and UX/UI conceptsCollaborate with the team
to detail stories with acceptance criteria and examples in the form
of acceptance testsCoordinate dependencies with other product
owners within the software organizationSupport communication of
delivery timelines, status, risks, and escalations to the
leadership teamContinuously research industry developments, new
market trends and understand how onboard Wi-Fi products are
performing with current customers
