Responsibilities: Handle wiring, rewiring, electrical repairs and electrical troubleshooting Will manage the maintenance staff and oversee all maintenance of production equipment and facility and grounds. Will work to ensure the reliability of all equipment and ensure that proper safety practices are in place accordingly Manage, plan and, schedule maintenance workload leveraging the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Heavily involved in PLC and other control system, repairs and other related control system designs Identifying parts needed for repairs and stock Following safety protocols Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems on machines and infrastructure as needed Installing new equipment Managing the preventive maintenance programs Requirements: 5 years of maintenance management experience within a millwright environment dealing with wood/lumber High School Diploma required Holds a Limited Maintenance Electrician (LME) Card Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills Skilled with electric forklift repairs Strong understanding of hydraulics, logic drawings, wiring and pneumatics Proficient in PLC controls and programming Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Benefits: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Direct Hire Paid Time Off Salary: $75K-$85K Ask for Jeremy Job Id: 23563 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
