Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process from purchase contract signing to
closing
Draft and review residential sale contracts for completeness and
accuracy
Partner with external and internal teams to ensure smooth and
timely transactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in residential real estate or mortgage
processing/closing
Experience reviewing real estate and title documents
Familiarity with DocuSign and Salesforce preferred
Real estate license preferred
Ability to work one Saturday a month
