We are now seeking a Memory Care Manager to join our team!
This is a management position responsible for the overall look, feel and performance of the community's Memory Care program including the personal care services and program delivery provided by the staff.--
What you'll do:

• 
  
• Maintain current resident health records in accordance with company standards, state licensing requirements and Eldermark training.
  
• Assist resident and/or family with identifying and coordinating community resources to support resident's needs.
  
• Advocate for Memory Care program residents and develop creative, person-centered interventions and approaches to care.
  
• Create staffing schedules, establish staffing guidelines.
  
• Hire, orient, and manage Memory Care staff.
  
  What you'll bring:
  
  • 
    
  • Associate's or higher degree preferred.--
    
  • One year of progressive management experience required.
    
  • A minimum of two years' experience relevant to memory care required.
    
  • Experience in senior living setting preferred.
