The Clinical Educator Registered Nurse reports directly to the Director of Clinical and Professional Development. The Registered Nurse Clinical Educator will assist the Director with assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing staff development programs. This Nurse Educator will be expected to have knowledge inSoarian electronic medical records processes and the ability to operate patient care equipment. While maintaining confidentiality, the RN Clinical Educator will also demonstrate application of adult learning principles. The RN Nurse Educator must be flexible and have knowledge on all departments as this position is Hospital wide. The Educator will be involved in quality improve projects hospital wide, staff competencies & credentials, and they will work on unit specific accreditation's such as helping transition from a Level III Trauma Center to a Level II Trauma Center,
