$52,000 to $55,000 annually (dependent on licensure, degree,
experience)

With the exception of medication management, we are a full-service
mental health program that provides outpatient services to
individuals and families across the life span. Our services include
behavioral health counseling for individuals, families, and groups
in both the agency and community settings.

nature. Our clients are in control of their own counseling journey
as we guide them utilizing our expertise and a wide range of
resources to help them reach their goals. Each person's aspirations

Required Qualifications:
Master's level degree in psychology, social work, or a related
field. Ability to be certified as a Qualified Mental Health
Professional. The ability to have a licensure plan approved by the
appropriate licensing board within six months of hire or be an
active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred.
Employment is contingent on a satisfactory Criminal History Check
as required the State of Oregon (OAR 407-007-0200 to 407-007-0370)
and as deemed acceptable by Direction Service.
Direction Service is subject to the State of Oregon vaccine mandate
for healthcare workers. New hires must submit vaccination
documentation showing they are fully vaccinated, or be approved for
an exception/accommodation, by their hire date.
