Job Description Occupational Therapist - OT - Home Health - Home Health and Hospice A Occupational Therapist is needed for a full-time, 13-week home health position in Eugene, OR. Offering $53.00 per hour In addition to the standard benefits, our therapists are preferred in a number of facilities and home health agencies in the area. OT MUST have at least 2 years of previous home health/Hospice experience and proficient with OASIS. Most recent experience must be in Home health within 6 months, seeking strong OT able to hit the ground running. MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SPECIALTY & provide proof of covid vaccination.
