Willamette Family is looking for a Substance Abuse Clinical
Supervisor to join our Team! The right Clinical Supervisor
candidate will come with the necessary skills and traits to lead
and mentor their clinical team in providing high-quality substance
abuse treatment services that meet the needs of every individual we

Hr.Signing Bonus: $5000.00 Signing Bonus; Paid in two increments
$2500.00 after Initial Hire and $2500.00 at the successful

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:Education/ Experience- Must meet at least
one of the following:5 years of paid full-time experience in the
field of alcohol and other drug counselingA Bachelor's degree and
four years of paid full-time experience in the social services
field, with a minimum of two years of direct alcohol and other drug
counseling experienceA Master's degree and three years of paid
full-time experience in the social services field with a minimum of
two years of direct alcohol and other drug counseling experience.
--- Oregon state certification, QMHA, QMHP, or state licensure LPC,
LMFT, LCSW, LSW, etc.CADC II Certification or aboveexperience and
education in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of
services, staff development, individual service, and support
planning, case management and coordination.Experience with
electronic health record systems and other technologiesCOVID 19
Vaccination proof or valid religious or medical exceptionBackground
