Job Description:
Hospital is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team in
beautiful Southern Oregon. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board
Eligible in Psychiatry. The hospital is a 378-bed regional referral
center offering high-quality medical services and compassionate
care. Located in picturesque Southern Oregon. Nestled between the
Cascade and Siskiyou mountains, the area is known for its temperate
climate with an average of 196 sunny days per year. Hospital
Employee . Production Incentives available. Signing Bonus available
up to $50,000 . CME time and $5,000 available. Base salary of
$276,000. Up to $15,000 relocation assistance. 240 hours authorized
time off. Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
Year 2 & beyond Annual performance incentives of up to 16%
compensation. Split 50/50 Inpatient/Outpatient responsibilities
