visit our ! About the Job We have an exciting opening for a
Residential Associate position at our River Bridge SRTF program in
Eugene, Oregon. The Residential Associate position requires
applicants to have the ability to work as a member of a direct care
team serving adults with serious mental illness; support the
development of life skills and therapeutic interventions; perform
housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration; and
keep accurate clinical documentation. If you have experience
working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential
Assistant (RA), Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA),
Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client
experiencing severe mental illness, then a Residential Associate
position may be a great fit for you! Work Schedule: Monday through
Thursday, 9:30pm - 8:00am (Full Time Night) What You'll Make
Starting at $19.00+ per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50
per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours
of 10:00pm - 6:00am. About the Program River Bridge (at the Heeran
Center) is a 16-bed, Secure Residential Treatment Facility (SRTF)
located in Eugene, Oregon. Clients who are affected by severe and
persistent mental illness receive quality treatment, stabilization
and work towards recovery. The River Bridge program serves 8 adults
under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board
(PSRB), and another 8 adults that are under civil commitment.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public
Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program . QMHA employees are also
eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment
Program . What You'll Need 1 out of 3 Criteria below:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology,
Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
- OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health
experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in
a supervised setting;
- OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in
addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience
and training Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon
driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the
ability to pass a DHS criminal background check About Us
