About the Job We are looking for a Clinical Training & Development Specialist to join our team in Medford, Oregon. The Clinical Training & Development Specialist will train those providing direct client care at all levels in how to build therapeutic rapport, teach social and independent skills, and promote client responsibility and autonomy; as well as specialized and evidence-based clinical techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, active listening, and more. The position will identify clinical training needs, develop programs to match these needs, and continually analyze course effectiveness, making updates to curriculum as needed. ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; some flexibility needed (Full Time Day) What You'll Make$5,000 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials. What You'll NeedSuccessful candidates will possess initiative, creativity, and the ability to motivate and train others. Experience in Adult Education, Communications, Human Resources or a related field is required Minimum of TWO (2) YEARS' experience in conducting, developing, analyzing, and measuring clinical instructional training programsA Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Behavioral Science field is a plus Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
