Company: Mindful Vision Counseling
Location: Remote
Posted on: November 24, 2022

Job Description:

Mental Health Clinician and Military Spouse, Family Member, and/or Veteran? AZ, CT, VA

So... are you licensed in Arizona, Connecticut, or Virginia as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, psychologist, etc., and ready for something phenomenally different?

We are seeking a few diamonds in the rough to become part of our amazing tribe here at Mindful Vision Counseling, a 100% virtual group counseling practice comprised of military spouses, family members, and veterans.

Does being in charge of shaping your own schedule, choosing the type of clients you see (and how many), deciding how much you'd like to earn, as well as finding a niche within a remote group setting that is like nothing you've experienced sound appealing?

If so, read on!

Responsibilities:
--- Remotely counsel clients of your choosing, giving your best effort every day
--- Have control of your own scheduling, billing, and payment options
--- Maintain clear, organized, and timely session notes
--- Enjoy working independently while remaining a valued member of our organization; hoping you will be available for (and excited about!) periodic collaboration, but not required
--- Committed to personal and professional growth and development

Qualifications:
--- Fully licensed clinician in AZ and/or CT (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, Psychologist) with identifiable niches/specialties (for example Gottman method, EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT, Gestalt, Expressive Arts/Music, DBT, etc.) and population focus.
--- Be connected to the US military in some way
--- Must be dependable, organized, responsive, reliable, and manage time and responsibilities well
--- Exceptional sense of professionalism and communication skills
--- Specific certifications welcomed
--- Bilingual a plus

About Company:
Our workplace culture can be described with the following attributes: integrity, humility, compassion, fun, warmth, collaboration, support, dedication, respect, open-mindedness, commitment, encouragement, community-driven, and a never-stop-learning mindset.

We are looking to embody what it means to be "a most fabulous place to work", supporting military spouses and veterans as clinicians, while at the same time helping individuals, couples, and families within our communities.

Mindful Vision Counseling is not your run-of-the-mill therapy group; our mission is to become the practice that you would- hands down- recommend to your family, friends, and those you care about most.
