  Surgery Center
  Hours: Mon-Fri 7a-5p. 8 and 10 hour shifts available. There are some days that they may not have enough cases for a 10-hour day
  No call
  Will accept a minimum of 1 week per month
  Case mix: General, Ortho, Uro, Ophthalmology. No Peds
  Average of 5 cases per day
  CRNA is an independent model - not medically directed or supervised
  EMR: Epic
